作为全国海洋经济发展试点省,浙江已经形成了较完备的海洋产业体系。浙江海洋产业发展的基础条件扎实,表现为资源优势、海岛优势、区位优势、体制优势,还有明显的产业优势。目前浙江海洋产业发展机遇与挑战并存,机遇大于挑战。在新的发展阶段,应积极探索推进浙江海洋产业发展的对策措施,深入研究海洋产业发展战略将助推浙江海洋经济跃上新台阶。 As a pilot province of national marine economic development, Zhejiang has formed a relatively complete marine industrial system. The basic conditions for the development of the marine industry in Zhejiang are solid, showing the advantages of resources, islands, location advantages, institutional advantages and obvious industrial advantages. At present, there are both opportunities and challenges in the development of the marine industry in Zhejiang Province, and the opportunities are greater than the challenges.
