第一章总则第一条为了加强政府非税收入管理,强化政府非税收入监督,维护财经纪律,根据《财政部关于印发<行政事业性收费和政府性基金年度稽查暂行办法>的通知》(财综[2002]38号)、《安徽省财政监督暂行办法》(安徽省人民政府令第142号)和《安徽省政府非税收入管理暂行办法》(安徽省人民政府令第184号)等规定,制定本办法。
