针对内燃动车动力包轴系扭振问题,结合集中质量法和试验测试,对动力包轴系进行了固有特性分析和强迫扭转振动计算分析,并对轴系扭振问题进行了全面评价。在此基础上,提出了优化联轴器刚度和调整内燃动车挡位负荷特性措施,通过仿真计算,结果表明柴油机曲轴自由端各谐次角位移幅值、轴系扭振应力、振动扭矩以及主弹联功率损失值均低于给定限制。
In view of the torsional vibration of the power pack axle system of the internal combustion motor vehicle, the inherent characteristics of the power pack shaft system and the calculation of forced torsional vibration are analyzed combining with the mass method and the test. The torsional vibration of the shaft system is evaluated comprehensively. On this basis, the measures to optimize the rigidity of the coupling and adjust the load characteristics of the internal combustion motor vehicle are put forward. The simulation results show that the amplitude of the harmonic displacement at the free end of the crankshaft of the diesel engine, the torsional vibration stress of the shaft, the vibration torque, Elliptical power loss values are below a given limit.
