采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验研究仙人掌水煎液对重铬酸钾(K_2Cr_2O_7)诱发骨髓噬多染红细胞微核(PCEMN)的影响。结果表明:K_3Cr_2O_7可诱发小鼠骨髓PCEMN的显著增加(“=7.62,P<0.01),经口灌胃给予仙人事水煎液和K_2Cr_2O_7,可使微核抑制事(MNF)呈剂量依赖性下降,其中以中、高村量组MNF下降显著(n=5.16和6.48,P<0`01)。研究结果提示,仙人掌水煎液对K_2Cr_2O_7导致的染色体损伤具有保护作用(抗突变作用),为进一步研究仙人掌水煎液在肿瘤的预防和治疗上的作用提供了依据。
Micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cells was used to study the effects of cactus decoction on the micronuclei of erythrocytes (PCEMN) induced by potassium dichromate (K 2 Cr 2 O 7). The results showed that: K_3Cr_2O_7 induced a significant increase of PCEMN in bone marrow of mice ("= 7.62, P <0.01), and oral administration of cinnabar decoction and K_2Cr_2O_7 resulted in a dose-dependent decrease in MNF (N = 5.16 and 6.48, P <0,01), respectively.The results showed that Cactus decoction had a protective effect on the chromosome damage caused by K 2 Cr 2 O 7 (anti-mutation effect) Study Cactus decoction in the prevention and treatment of cancer provide the basis for the role.
