目的:对比分析儿童及成人季节性变应性鼻炎患者的临床证候,探寻他们在病机及证候类型上的不同。方法:采集变应性鼻炎患者的证候群,并作统计分析。结果:(1)儿童与成人患者在内热证候、津或阴伤证候、表虚证候及特殊症状类方面存在统计学差异(t<0.01或0.05);(2)儿童及成人患者中均含有阴虚内热证候。结论:(1)儿童与成人患者在证候特征及病机上存在差异;(2)临床中需要进一步的详细辨证,创新病机,才有可能提高治疗疗效;(3)注重儿童发病中的阴虚病机、成人发病中阴阳两虚病机的辨证。
OBJECTIVE: To comparatively analyze the clinical syndromes of children and adults with seasonal allergic rhinitis and explore their differences in pathogenesis and syndrome type. Methods: Syndromes of patients with allergic rhinitis were collected and analyzed statistically. Results: (1) Children and adults had statistically significant difference (t <0.01 or 0.05) in the syndrome of internal heat syndrome, tingling or insult, deficiency syndrome and special symptoms (2) In children and adults Both contain yin deficiency heat syndrome. Conclusion: (1) Children and adults have differences in syndrome characteristics and pathogenesis; (2) Further detailed dialectical and innovative pathogenesis are needed in clinic to improve the curative effect; (3) Focus on children’s disease Yin deficiency pathogenesis, the incidence of yin and yang in adults pathogenesis of syndrome differentiation.
