抗凝血酶Ⅲ(简称“AT-Ⅲ”)是由肝脏合成的一种单链糖蛋白,除具有重要的抗凝血酶作用外,还可反映肝脏受损程度。我科自1987年以来对各型肝炎中AT-Ⅲ与肝功能、血浆蛋白等多项指标对比观察,现报道如下:
