近来,有三件事使我触动很大。第一件是关于三九集团的。三九集团原是军队企业,不久前根据中央部署与军队脱钩。“脱下军装”后该集团发布的第一个文件就是《关于创建知识型企业集团的决定》,里面用了不少篇幅论及培训。赵新先总裁是全国知名的专家型企业领导人,他参加上海“财富”论坛后匆匆返回企业,急于介绍的主要“发现”之一就是世界500强企业的领导人都非常谦和、好学,能这样去“发现”别人并“发现”自己,可见其处世、处事之客观。虚怀若谷是向上的车轮,个人如此,企业亦如此。
Recently, three things touched me greatly. The first one is about the 39 Group. The Sanjiu Group, originally a military enterprise, has recently been decoupled from the armed forces based on the deployment of the Central Government. The first document released by the group after “taking off the military uniform” was “the decision to create a knowledge-based conglomerate,” with much space devoted to training. Zhao Xinxian is the president of a well-known expert-type enterprise in China. After he joined Shanghai Fortune Forum, he hurried back to the enterprise. One of the major “discoveries” eager to introduce was that the leaders of Fortune 500 companies are very modest and studious. “Discovering” others and “discovering” themselves shows that they are living and doing things objectively. Honesty is the wheels of the upward, personally, so are businesses.
