骨形成蛋白和转化生长因子作为生长因子,与胚胎发育及细胞的分化有关。本研究利用免疫表型分析技术检测了40例造釉细胞瘤及正常牙胚中骨形成蛋白及转化生长因子的表达与分布。结果发现,正常牙胚及造釉细胞瘤中均含丰富的转化生长因子,尤以造釉细胞瘤显著;牙胚的造釉细胞、造牙本质细胞、牙乳头细胞均含有丰富的骨形成蛋白,但造釉细胞瘤中骨形成蛋白的检测均为阴性。说明造釉细胞瘤中转化生长因子过量表达,骨形成蛋白表达量过低,或者其分子结构发生了改变。
Bone morphogenetic proteins and transforming growth factor as growth factors are involved in embryonic development and cell differentiation. In this study, immunophenotyping was used to detect the expression and distribution of bone morphogenetic protein and transforming growth factor in 40 ameloblastoma and normal tooth germ. The results showed that, normal tooth germ and ameloblastoma are rich in transforming growth factor, especially ameloblastoma significant; tooth germ ameloblasts, dentin cells, papillary cells are rich in bone morphogenetic protein , But the detection of bone morphogenetic protein in ameloblastomas was negative. Explain that ameloblastoma overexpression of transforming growth factor, bone morphogenetic protein expression is too low, or its molecular structure has changed.
