我国资本市场将逐步走向全面开放,但资本市场的开放不是一蹴而就的,应采取循序渐进、稳步开放的战略。实施QFII制度可以改变投资者的投资理念,壮大资本市场,提高资本市场活力,优化投资者结构,稳定资本市场,推动资本市场的稳健开放。我国应当尽快建立QFII制度框架,制定与QFII制度相关的法律法规,为QFII制度的实施创造条件。
China’s capital market will gradually move toward full liberalization. However, the liberalization of capital markets is not accomplished in a single step. A gradual and steady strategy should be adopted. Implementing the QFII system can change investors’ investment philosophy, expand the capital market, increase the vitality of the capital market, optimize the structure of investors, stabilize the capital market and promote the steady opening of the capital market. China should set up the QFII system framework as soon as possible, make laws and regulations related to the QFII system, and create conditions for the implementation of the QFII system.
