建立一种快速有效的鸟枪质谱方法,分析水产动物肌肉组织内的磷脂轮廓。通过串联质谱直接进样分析从样品中提取的总脂,在正离子模式下以m/z 184.1为定性子离子通过母离子扫描模式确定磷脂酰胆碱(PC分子);以141 u为中性丢失碎片,通过中性丢失扫描模式确定磷脂酰乙醇胺分子(PE)。共鉴定出29种磷脂分子,包括16种PC分子和13种PE分子。3种水产品磷脂的分子种组成具有明显差异,各自具有独有分子,其中PE的分子组成差异最为明显。
A fast and effective shotgun mass spectrometry method was established to analyze the phospholipid profile in aquatic animal muscle tissue. Total lipids extracted from the samples were analyzed by direct tandem mass spectrometry. Phosphatidylcholine (PC molecule) was identified by precursor ion scan mode in m / z 184.1 as a positive ion in positive ion mode; neutralized at 141 u Fragments were lost and the phosphatidylethanolamine molecule (PE) was confirmed by neutral loss scanning. A total of 29 phospholipid molecules were identified, including 16 PC molecules and 13 PE molecules. The molecular species composition of the three kinds of aquatic phospholipids has obvious differences, each with unique molecules, of which the molecular composition of PE is the most obvious difference.
