图书馆法作为法律的一个分支,是图书馆政策的具体体现和定型化,作为大陆法系的台湾地区推出的“图书馆法”草案已于2001年通过并实施,而中国大陆图书馆法还处在草案修废阶段,通过对台湾地区图书馆立法的认识,一定会积极促进中国大陆图书馆法的制定工作与理论探讨,再铸图书馆事业的辉煌。
As a branch of law, library law is the embodiment and standardization of library policy. The “Library Law” introduced in Taiwan as a civil law system was adopted and implemented in 2001, while the Law of the People’s Republic of China At the stage of drafting and abolishing the draft, through understanding Taiwan’s library legislation in Taiwan, it will certainly actively promote the formulation and theoretical discussion of the Library Law in mainland China and rebuild the glory of the library.
