近些年,园林专业在大多三本院校开设。由于时间短、经验少,且受制于传统教学模式,三本院校的园林教育特色仍待形成。本文就当前三本园林专业教学中所面临的人才培养定位、实践与理论教学关系、师资问题、学生发展问题等方面进行分析,提出为社会培养应用型园林人才的定位思想,通过构建一支稳定的双师型教师队伍,搭建“理论——实践”教学体系等途径,力争将三本园林专业学生培养成为工程管理型、技术指导型、创新型人才。
In recent years, the gardening profession has opened in most of the three colleges and universities. Because of the short time, little experience, and subject to the traditional teaching model, the characteristics of gardening education in the three universities are still to be formed. This article analyzes the current orientation of talent cultivation, the relationship between practice and theory teaching, teacher problems, and student development issues in the three garden professional teachings, and proposes the idea of cultivating applied garden talents for the society, through the establishment of a stable The dual-professional teacher team has set up a “theory-practice” teaching system and other methods, and strives to cultivate three major students of landscape architecture into engineering management, technical guidance, and innovative talents.
