民办高职教育是现代职业教育体系的重要力量。要打造一流的民办高职院校,教学质量是关键指标,而教学质量的提升,离不开教师的辛勤付出。培养一支有能力的教师队伍,务必构建一套有创新、有挑战的激励机制。本文以双因素理论为起点,对民办高职院校教师激励机制的保健因素和激励因素进行分析,进而探讨构建民办高职院校教师激励机制的举措。
Private higher vocational education is an important force of modern vocational education system. To create a first-class private vocational colleges, the quality of teaching is the key indicator, and the improvement of teaching quality, can not do without the hard work of teachers. Develop a competent team of teachers, be sure to build an innovative and challenging incentive mechanism. Based on the double factor theory, this paper analyzes the health factors and motivation factors of teachers’ motivation mechanism in private higher vocational colleges, and then probes into the measures to construct teacher motivation mechanism in private higher vocational colleges.
