采用成都蜀光化工研究院提供的医用级硅凝胶GNY515型材料,研制出硅凝胶后房型人工晶体,作了动物实验,实验动物均系成年体重家兔,分别只植入一眼,另一眼作为对照,于术后3月、6月、9月、1年取出植入眼球和非植入眼球作病理检查,进行组织学观察,实验眼球未见肉茅肿样反应,未见巨细胞、上皮样细胞等,实验眼球与对照眼球组织形象基本一致,未见病理性损害。
Medical grade silicone gel GNY515 material provided by Chengdu Shuguang Chemical Industry Research Institute was used to develop silicone gel posterior chamber intraocular lens. Animal experiments were conducted. The experimental animals were all adult body weight rabbits, with only one implant and the other eye As a control, histopathological examination of the ocular and non-ocular implants was performed at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 1 year after surgery, and no histopathological examination was observed in the eyeballs of the experiment. No giant cells were observed in the eye, Epithelioid cells, the experimental eye and the control eyeball image is basically the same, no pathological damage.
