在芸苔属和萝卜属中,运用胚珠培养的技术,有利于属间或种间杂种的产生。1978年作了14个杂交组合,其中有5个组合经胚珠培养产生了杂种。有4个组合采用常规的杂交方法,没有产生杂种。1979年主要集中进行野油菜与甘兰之间的杂交,当用甘兰作母本时,采用胚珠培养在产生杂种的效率方面优于胚培养和子房培养。当用甘兰作父本时,胚珠培养更优于胚培养,但又不及于子房培养的效果。
In Brassica and Radish, the use of ovule culture techniques favors the production of intergeneric or interspecific hybrids. In 1978, 14 hybrid combinations were made, among which 5 combinations produced ovule via ovule culture. There are four combinations using conventional methods of hybridization, did not produce hybrids. In 1979, the hybridization between Canola and kale was mainly focused on. When using kale as the female parent, ovule culture was superior to embryo culture and ovary culture in producing hybrids. When using kalan as paternal, ovule culture better than embryo culture, but not as good as the ovary culture effect.
