氨荒甲基乙酸铵(MTCA)在pH3与MoO_4~(2-)形成桔黄色络合物,光谱带的紫外部份(340nm)有个吸收峰,在420nm波长处,络合物的克分子吸光系数ε_(420)=3.99×10~3,适用于高含量钼的比色分析。在pH2.5~4,吸光度达到最大值,且不受EDTA和DCTA的影响,巯基乙胺能使络合物迅速褪色。显色液在10分钟内,吸光度稳定,超过10分钟,开始缓慢下降。这一试剂应用于钼铁中钼的光度测定,具有重现性好操作简单的优点,准确度能满足一般快速分析的要求。
Ammonium methionate (MTCA) forms an orange complex with MoO_4 ~ (2-) at pH 3, and has an absorption peak in the ultraviolet region (340 nm) of the band. At 420 nm, Absorbance coefficient ε_ (420) = 3.99 × 10 ~ 3, suitable for high content of molybdenum colorimetric analysis. At pH 2.5 to 4, the absorbance reached its maximum value and was unaffected by EDTA and DCTA, and mercaptoethylamine allowed the complex to rapidly fade. Color within 10 minutes, absorbance stability, more than 10 minutes, began to decline slowly. This reagent is applied to the photometric determination of molybdenum in molybdenum iron. It has the advantages of good reproducibility and simple operation, and the accuracy can meet the requirements of general rapid analysis.
