护理师资队伍素质的高低，与护理事业发展息息相关，作者从４ 个方面对加强护理师资队伍的素质进行了探讨：①提高业务水平；②提高教育研究能力；③培养高尚的道德品质；④合理的能力结构。
The quality of nursing faculty is closely related to the development of nursing careers. The author explores the quality of nursing faculty from four perspectives: (1) Raising the level of business; (2) improving the research capacity of education; (3) cultivating a noble moral character; and (4) rationalizing Capability structure.
