对210个C_(57)BL/6J实验小鼠胚胎心脏进行了多谱勒超声心动图研究。胎龄从10d至19d。发现随胎龄的增加,心率、心室充盈时间显著增加;心脏等容收缩时间至17d降至0;心室射血时间和等容舒张时间无明显变化。这与从人类胚胎心脏研究所得结果很相似小鼠作为对人类胚胎心脏发育研究的合适模型,为此提供了完整的正常对照数据,尤其为研究转基因的动物模型开创了非创伤性监测胚胎早期心脏血流动力学的途径。
Doppler echocardiography was performed on 210 C57BL / 6J mouse embryonic hearts. Gestational age from 10d to 19d. It was found that with the increase of gestational age, heart rate, ventricular filling time significantly increased; heart isovolumic contraction time to 17d dropped to 0; ventricular ejection time and isovolumic relaxation time did not change significantly. This is similar to the results obtained from the human embryonic heart study. As a suitable model for the study of human embryonic heart development, mice are provided with complete normal control data. In particular, animal models of transgenic animals are pioneered for non-invasive monitoring of embryonic early heart Hemodynamic approach.
