实践性教学是实现高等职业教育人才培养目标的关键,是培养技能型人才的中心环节,是区分普通教育与职业教育的重要标志,也是衡量高职是否办出特色和水平的重要标志。因此,高职院校必须确立“以人为本”的实践性教学理念,构建“就业导向”的实践性教学课程体系,强化“能力本位”的实践性教学方法,完善“能力主导”的实践性教学评价方案,造就“双师型”的实践性教学师资队伍,建立“校企结合”的实践性教学实习基地,强化实践性教学,培养技能型人才。
Practical teaching is the key to achieve the goal of talent training in higher vocational education. It is the key link in cultivating skilled talents.
