信息共享和信息安全是一对矛盾,Inter-net的迅猛发展,标志着信息共享的程度发展到了一个新的高度,因而信息网络的安全问题也日益突出。如,前克格勃人员通过一台微机入侵层层设防的美国花旗银行,提取现金1600万美元,就是一个真实的例子。那么,怎样既能充分利用Internet,又不受外来的各种侵犯呢?人们设计了防火墙技术。所谓防火墙是一种保护计算机网络安全的技术性措施,是一种访问控制机制,用在局域网和公众访问网(如Internet)之间设置关卡,以阻止局域网之外的计算机对内部网络资源的非法访问和篡改,换句话说,防火墙是一道门槛,控制进、出两个方向的通信以达到防止非法用户侵犯的目的。
