我们QC小组是1988年1月成立的,全组共有成员12名,其中具有大专以上文化水平的10人,占部门人员总数的83.33％,具有中专以上文化水平的有2人,占部门人员总数的16.67％;具有中级以上技术职务的3人。我们小组围绕企业档案升级工作为目标开展活动,每周活动1次。根据我厂档案工作已于1988年5月升为国家二级,无论是企业档案的集中统一管理还是领导关系、管理体制、业务建设都有了一定基础的实际情况,我们又对照《山东省企业档案管理国家一级标准实施细则》的具体要求,决定提出我们企业档案工作全面质量管理的下一个主攻目标为:争创企业档案管理升国家一级,完成厂方针目标。具体目标是:1、修改补充建立健全各项规章制度;2、制订“企业档案技术
