李忠民,中国国画家协会常务理事,山东画院高级画师.济南画院名誉院长,山东泰山国画院常务副院长.山东将军书画院艺术顾问.同时兼任山东省名人协会理事,济南市华夏文化促进会常务副会长.济南市第三、四届文联副主席.济南市文化局副局长等。上世纪七十年代曾深造于中国美术学院(原浙江美术学院).师从著名画家方增先、李震坚、周沧来、顾生岳、吴山明、卢坤峰等。八十年代又深造于山东艺术学院,得到于希宁、张彦青、段谷风、张志民、孙敬会等著名画家的悉心教诲,打下扎实的基本功。数十年来,先后创作了国画《春耕时节》、《戏到小镇)、《清韵》、《风雪驼铃》及连环画《船舱秘密》等一大批优秀美术作品,经常参加国内外各种艺术展览、比赛并获奖,其中不少作品在全国和省市诸多报刊发表并被收入各类书画艺术专集出版。李忠民经常参加国际文化交流活动,并在国外办展.影响扩至亚洲和欧美。大量作品先后被美国、法国、日本、韩国、捷克思洛伐克、上库曼斯坦等数十个国家政府要、社会机构及国际友人收藏。2004年3月应邀并受政府派遣率团参加中法文化年活动,在法国雷恩国际博览会上举办个人作品展览.引起轰动。数十件作品被当地艺术家、艺术院校师生和民众竞相收藏。2004年5月应邀访美并在洛杉矶举办个人作品展览.获得巨大成功.得到广泛好评.美国《国际日报》、《中国日报》、《侨报》以及凤凰卫视等权威强势媒体纷纷予以宣传报道,当地政府和美中收藏家协会还为此专门向李忠民颁发奖励证书和奖牌,盛赞其“为美中文化交流做出了贡献”。
Li Zhongmin, standing director of China National Painters’ Association, senior painter of Shandong Art Academy, honorary president of Jinan Art Academy, executive vice president of Shandong Taishan Painting Academy, art consultant of General Shandong Painting and Calligraphy Institute, concurrently director of Shandong Celebrities Association, Executive vice president of Ji’nan City, the third and fourth Literary Federation vice chairman of Jinan Municipal Bureau of Culture and other deputy director. In the seventies of last century, he studied at the China Academy of Art (formerly known as Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts) .From the famous painter Fang Zengxian, Li Zhenjian, Zhou Canglai, Gu Shengyue, Wu Shanming, Lu Kunfeng and so on. In the 1980s, he studied at Shandong Institute of the Arts and received solid teachings from famous painters such as Xining, Zhang Yanqing, Duan Gufeng, Zhang Zhimin and Sun Jinghui. Over the past decades, he has successively produced a large number of outstanding works of art such as the Spring Festival, Spring Festival, Qingyun, The Snow Camel Bell and the comic “Cabin Secrets” Exhibitions, competitions and awards, many of which are published in various newspapers and periodicals in the country, provinces and cities and are published in various types of calligraphy and painting art collections. Li Zhongmin often takes part in international cultural exchange activities and runs exhibitions abroad, expanding his influence to Asia and Europe and the United States. A large number of works have been the United States, France, Japan, South Korea, Czechoslovakia, Upper Turkmenistan and other dozens of government, social institutions and international friends collection. In March 2004, he was invited by the government to dispatch a delegation to attend the Sino-French Cultural Year and hold an exhibition of personal works at Rennes International Fair in France. Dozens of pieces are competing for collection by local artists, art academies and students. In May 2004, he was invited to visit the United States and hold an exhibition of personal works in Los Angeles. With great success and widespread acclaim, the U.S. newspapers such as International Daily, China Daily, Qiao Bao and Phoenix Satellite TV have all reported on their success. For this purpose, the local government and the American-Chinese Collector’s Association also issued awards and medals specifically to Li Zhongmin, praising it as “contributing to the cultural exchange between China and the United States.”
