本文通过实证研究的方法,以我国电信服务业中高层管理者为主要研究对象,分析了中国电信、中国联通和中国移动三大公司经营管理人才的职业化结构。研究发现,我国国有企业经营管理者的职业化结构要素主要包括:政治素质、管理能力、知识结构、心理素质、道德修养、工作态度和意识、工作经历和经验等7个要素,不同行业之间的职业化结构的差异性不大;研究还发现,该职业化结构模型可以较好地预测个体工作绩效,但职业化结构模型各因子对个体工作绩效的影响力不同。其中,职业能力、工作意识、心理素质、职业道德修养对个体绩效的预测效果显著。
Through the empirical research method, taking the high-level managers in telecom service industry as the main research object, this paper analyzes the professional structure of the managers of the three major telecom companies in China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile. The study found that the main components of the professional structure of the managers of state-owned enterprises in China mainly include seven elements: political quality, management ability, knowledge structure, psychological quality, moral cultivation, work attitude and awareness, work experience and experience, The study also found that the professional structure model can better predict individual job performance, but the influence of each factor of professional structure model on individual job performance is different. Among them, the professional ability, work awareness, psychological quality, professional ethics accomplishment predict the individual performance significantly.
