在新经济发展模式下,我国建筑行业得到了迅猛的发展,为了更好的实现业主、开发商、施工单位的多方面利益,工程量清单的工程造价管理模式逐渐形成,并成为了工程造价管理工作当中的重要环节,这无论是对于工程建筑各方的利益而言,还是我国建筑行业的发展而言,都具有重要意义。笔者结合实践工作经验,在本文当中对工程量清单基础下的各阶段工程造价管理做进一步探讨。
