本文介绍一个专用倒角装置,该装置结构简单、操作方便、定心性好,经八年来的实际使用证明,效果良好。如图所示,本装置在钻床工作台上安装。图中H为大小头平面的高度差,大头孔靠φ_1定位,小头孔靠短挡销3挡住。倒角刀杆前部的圆柱部分φ_3主要起定心作用。刀杆进入导套7,就同导套本身一体轻快地转动,接着手动进刀直至倒角达到要求。连杆中部为夹紧点,浮动块9压住工件,使大小头平面更好地紧贴定位面,因倒角工序切削力不大,
