在领导班子建设中,有少数市县局级班子存在着“八不”现象,只有认真克服这些现象,才能促进“四好”班子建设的健康发展。一不抓学习提高认识。有些领导没有把对社会主义初级阶段理论、市场经济理论和党的路线、方针、政策的学习放在首位,认为学习是“务虚”、走过场、搞形式主义,只有“抓钱”才是务实。因此,有些领导班子思相难统一,是非难辩,糊里糊涂地干,糊里糊涂地办。
