社会主义新方志编纂以来,方志批评也引起了志界的普遍重视,出现了前所未有的景象.但是,对于方志批评若干理论问题的研究尚嫌不足,很有进一步探讨的必要.因此,本文就方志批评的有关问题予以约略论列.方志批评的现状方志批评已经形成了较为良好的局面,其表现主要有四.其一,志稿评审形成制度.志书初稿写成后,各地都采取不同形式对志稿进行评议,或召开较大规模的评稿会议,或邀请部分学者小型研讨,或把志搞寄给知情人,让他们提出书面意见.形式虽然不同,但目的都是为了听取各方面的批评,以便对志稿进行修改.志书定稿之后,再请权力机关和业务领导部门审定,如县一级志书,就是实行县、地(市)、省三级审定验收制度.这一评议、审定制度的形成和建立,是对旧志编修制度的继承和发展,是对新志编纂管理的进一步完善,这对于保证志书的质量具有重要作用.其二,对新编志书开展评论.新志出版以后,广泛开展了对志书的评论工作.有组织的评论活动主要有:1984年6月在北京召开的呼玛、台安、万年、如东、本溪等5县志的学术研讨会;1986年1
