以钛酸四丁酯为催化剂合成了热塑性聚醚酯弹性体PBT-PTMG,并研究了有卤阻燃体系十溴二苯乙烷/三氧化二锑(DBDPE/Sb2O3)和无卤的磷系阻燃剂Exolit TMOP1240对弹性体PBT-PTMG的力学性能、阻燃性能、热力学性能及其结晶等方面的影响。研究结果表明:添加阻燃剂可以显著提高PBT-PTMG的阻燃性能,使其垂直燃烧性能达到LU94V-0级;随着阻燃剂添加量增大,PBT-PTMG的力学性能降低,DBDPE/Sb2O3及Exolit TMOP1240的最佳添加量均为DMT质量的5%;添加阻燃剂会影响弹性体PBT-PTMG的结晶性能,使体系晶体形状和晶体数目发生改变;添加阻燃剂后,PBT-PTMG的热稳定性无明显变化。
The thermoplastic polyetherester elastomer PBT-PTMG was synthesized by using tetrabutyl titanate as catalyst. The effects of halogenated flame retardant decabromodiphenylethane / antimony trioxide (DBDPE / Sb2O3) and halogen-free phosphorous Flame retardant Exolit TMOP1240 on the mechanical properties of elastomers PBT-PTMG, flame retardancy, thermodynamic properties and crystallization of such aspects. The results show that the addition of flame retardant can significantly improve the flame retardancy of PBT-PTMG and make its vertical burning performance reach LU94V-0 level. With the increase of the amount of flame retardant, the mechanical properties of PBT-PTMG decrease, while the DBDPE / Sb2O3 and Exolit TMOP1240 are all 5% of the mass of DMT. Addition of flame retardant can affect the crystallinity of PBT-PTMG and change the crystal shape and number of crystals. After adding flame retardant, PBT- The thermal stability of PTMG did not change significantly.
