目的 了解广西预防医学本科生的批判性思维倾向现状及其影响因素,为优化公共卫生人才培养方案提供科学依据.方法 选取广西某医学院校预防医学在校本科生545名为调查对象,采用一般情况量表和批判性思维能力测量表(CCTDI-CV)进行在线问卷调查和分析.结果 预防医学本科生的批判性思维能力测量表总得分的中位数为219(P25=199,P75=238)分,总得分210 ～ 280分的学生共有347名,占63.67％,总得分＜210分的学生共有198名,占36.33％.单因素分析结果显示,批判性思维能力测量表总得分≥

目的 探讨开腹肝癌切除术与腹腔镜肝癌切除术对肝癌患者免疫应激的影响.方法 选取2018年5月至2020年7月陕西省空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的85例行肝癌切除术的患者,根据手术方式将其分为腹腔镜组(46例)和开腹组(39例).对比两组T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及炎性应激指标水平.结果 治疗前,两组患者T淋巴亚群细胞、免疫球蛋白指标及炎性应激指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后,两组患者T淋巴亚群细胞CD3+、CD4+及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平均较治疗前降低,CD8+及炎性应
