企业良好的工作环境一般被理解为良好的地理位置、优越的物质条件以及整洁、美观、宽畅、舒适、宁静的自然环境。诚然,良好的工作环境不排除上述种种,然而,笔者认为,领导和职工融洽相处,方可谓良好的工作环境。 在企业众多关系中,人际关系是最基本的,良好的人际关系是搞活企业,提高劳动生产率的重要因素。在资本主义企业中,资本家与工人是雇用与依附的关系。在社会主义企业中,领导与群众是工作分工的不同,但是,处理不好关系,也会互相对抗。现代企业要求领导干部为职工提供充分发挥聪明才智的广阔舞台,一旦做到这一点,就能最大限度地激发群众的潜效能,这是当今搞活
A good business environment is generally understood as a good geographical location, superior material conditions and a clean, beautiful, spacious, comfortable and quiet natural environment. It is true that a good working environment does not rule out the above, however, I believe that leaders and workers get along well, can be described as a good working environment. In many relationships among enterprises, interpersonal relationships are the most basic and good interpersonal relationships are an important factor in invigorating enterprises and improving labor productivity. In capitalist enterprises, capitalists and workers are employed and dependent. In socialist enterprises, the leadership and the masses are different in the division of work. However, if they deal with bad relations, they will also confront each other. Modern enterprises require leading cadres to provide their workers with a broad stage of giving full play to their talents.
