对重庆市小麦主要品种灰霉病的调查研究表明,病穗率为34—100%,病情指数为8.5—55%。受病籽粒干瘪霉烂,无食用价值。用大麦、小麦的病穗上和蚕豆病荚上分离得到的菌株,在大麦、小麦、蚕豆苗期和花期、灌浆期分别作了灰霉菌株交互接种观察,确定了病菌的致病性和危害性,并根据病原的培养性状和形态特征,鉴定为灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea Pars ex Fr.)。病原菌之菌丝生长和孢子萌发的最适温度为23—25℃,适温范围20—28℃;最适相对湿度为95—100%。小麦扬花灌浆期中,日平均温度15℃以上,连阴雨开始前的4—5天中,每公顷用托布津或多菌灵750—1125g,或托福合剂1500—2250g喷施,有良好的防病增产效果。 The investigation on the main wheat species of Botrytis cinerea in Chongqing showed that the disease panicle rate was 34-100% and the disease index was 8.5-55%.
