本文简要地论述了液压泵、马达在全液压钻机中的地位。根据金刚石钻进的特点,扼要地论述了全液压钻机对液压泵、马达的要永。选择了具有通轴结构的滑履式轴向柱塞泵、马达做为全液压钻机的主传动元件。综合了国内各家的设计计算方法,并参考了国外有关资料,确定了设计计算方法,进行了液压泵、马达的主要磨擦付的水力设计及80泵的计算。然后经过试验台的寿命试验,两磨擦付运转正常,说明了所确定的设计计算方法是可行的。
