如何做好事业单位的财务管理,是事业单位领导和财务人员需要着力抓好的工作。我单位实行财务管理公开、公正、民主理财;规范制定实施财务管理制度;科学编制并严格执行部门预算;提供真实可靠的会计信息等措施,取得了良好效果。但就事业单位财务管理的总体形势看还有一些问题需要解决。本文依据自己从事事业单位财务工作的实际,针对目前很多事业单位财务管理工作上存在的问题谈谈自已的看法和认识。
How to do a good job in the financial management of institutions, institutions and financial leaders need to focus their efforts.
