车辙病害是目前国内沥青路面高速公路普遍存在的问题,解决的主要途径除了着重路面结构组合设计外,材料的选择也尤为重要。本文结合西部山区高温、重载等外界条件,针对长大纵坡高速公路易产生的车辙病害问题,选取了几种常见的不同沥青胶结料混合料(70#沥青、50#沥青、SBS改性沥青、70#+抗车辙剂、70#+岩沥青),采用不同的高温抗车辙性能试验评价方法(常规车辙试验检测、APA试验、MMLS加速加载试验)进行研究,最终根据长大纵坡路段、路面层次不同沥青以及道路重载情况等客观条件合理选择胶结料的方法。
Rutting disease is a common problem in the domestic asphalt pavement expressway. The main solution to this problem is to select pavement materials in addition to pavement structure design. In this paper, several common asphalt binder materials (70 # asphalt, 50 # asphalt, SBS modified) were selected according to the external conditions such as high temperature and heavy load in western mountainous areas. Asphalt, 70 # + anti-rutting agent, 70 # + rock asphalt) were studied with different methods of high temperature rutting resistance test (conventional rutting test, APA test and MMLS accelerated loading test) , Different levels of asphalt pavement and road conditions such as the objective of a reasonable choice of binder materials.
