新常态下中国经济可持续发展的关键在于创新驱动。人才是推动大众创业、万众创新的核心要素,创新创业的教育本质不是培育项目,而是对“人”的教育。以上海济光职业技术学院探索并实践双创教育融入人才培养工作为例,从改革教育教学内容及方法、改进现有课程、强化实践创新、提升专业教学质量、结合社团活动等方面讲述如何培育学生创新意识、赋予学生创新本领,目的是将创新创业教育融入高职人才培养全过程,适应国家发展战略需要。
The key to sustainable development of China under the new normal is innovation-driven. Talent is the core element of promoting public entrepreneurship and universal innovation. The education of innovation and entrepreneurship is not a nurturing project, but an education of “people ”. Taking Shanghai Jiguang Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper explores and practices how to cultivate talents into talents through double education. From the aspects of reforming teaching contents and methods, improving existing curriculum, strengthening practice and innovation, improving professional teaching quality and combining with community activities, The students’ sense of innovation gives students the ability to innovate. The purpose is to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of personnel training in higher vocational education and to meet the needs of national development strategies.
