近年来,房建施工中裂缝现象日趋增多,不仅降低了工程建造质量标准,对房屋建筑使用性能也产生了严重危害。施工单位在拟定作业方案中,要综合考虑混凝土裂缝形成原因,提出针对性的裂缝处理方案。同时,在房屋后期使用阶段,要提出切实可行的预防方案,以免对房屋结构耐久性与安全性造成破坏作用。本文分析了房建施工中混凝土裂缝成因,以行业标准为指导提出裂缝处理与防范策略。
In recent years, cracks in the construction of housing increasingly increased, not only reduces the quality standards of construction, the use of housing construction also had a serious hazard. The construction unit in the proposed operation plan, we must consider the cause of the formation of concrete cracks, proposed crack management program. In the meantime, at the later stage of the use of the house, practical prevention measures should be put forward to avoid damaging the durability and safety of the house structure. In this paper, the cause of concrete cracks in the construction of houses is analyzed. Based on the industry standards, the crack treatment and prevention strategies are put forward.
