针对目前井下采矿钻机只配置了简易的推进导轨,在钻凿中深孔时完全依靠人工接卸钻杆,劳动强度大、工作效率低而且存在安全隐患的问题,提出了一种适用于井下采矿钻机的大容量钻杆库系统方案,详细介绍了钻杆库系统的设计思路及工作原理,并依此设计出实用的钻杆库系统,为钻杆库在井下采矿钻机上的推广奠定了基础。
Aiming at the problem that the mine shaft drilling rig is only equipped with a simple propulsion guideway at the moment, the drill rod is completely relied on manual drilling and dismounting of the drill pipe during drilling, the labor intensity is large, the work efficiency is low, and there are potential safety problems. Drill pipe system of large-capacity drill pipe system, detailing the drill pipe system design ideas and working principles, and in accordance with this design of a practical drill pipe library system, laid the foundation for the promotion of drill pipe in the underground mining rig .
