在新课程改革不断推进的今天,教学管理日益受到学校与社会的高度关注与重视,小学阶段的教育对学生未来发展有着极其重要的影响与作用,但小学生年龄不大,各方面能力不强,需要教师用心教育与指导。在教学管理中,教师应关注学生心理变化,尊重学生主体地位,为学生创建和谐宽松的学习氛围,有效的教学管理,可以提升学生学习成绩、推动学生全面发展。因此,本文主要就小学课程改革背景下的教学管理策略进行了分析与探讨。
As the reform of the new curriculum continues to advance, teaching management has drawn increasing attention and attention from schools and the society. Primary education has an extremely important impact on the future development of students. However, primary school pupils are not very young and their capabilities are not strong. Teachers need education and guidance. In teaching management, teachers should pay attention to students ’psychological changes, respect students’ subjective status, create a harmonious and relaxed study atmosphere for students, and effective teaching management, which can improve students ’academic performance and promote students’ all-round development. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the teaching management strategies under the background of primary school curriculum reform.
