软科学研究成果采用以下两种形式进行鉴定: 1、验收 由组织验收单位按照软科学研究计划课题合同书以及规定的验收标准和方法进行验收。在验收过程中,应对成果的效益、学术水平、科研效率等要素作出客观、公正、实事求是的结论。最终结论必须提交鉴定委员会讨论通过。 2、专家评议 由组织鉴定单位聘请专门从事软科学研究的专家学者组成鉴定委员会,对软科学研究的全套材料进行全面审查,并对成果作出定性与定量相结合的评价,评价意见必须交鉴定委员会讨论通过。
