【本期话题】这一年的伤财事■设备效率升3倍,员工不干了我的KTV耗材厂今年进行了设备改造,生产效率提升3倍,把人力减少了70%。心想凭这样的效率,我至少能在行业内得到三五年的优势。而且即便再怎么闹用工荒,我这些设备找那些高中生就能干,而且人工的工作量很小,不愁人员难招。此后我决定改用计件工资制度,随时来人随时能上手干,发工资也简单。

The production efficiency has increased three-fold, and manpower has been reduced by 70%. I think that with such efficiency, I can at least get three or five years of advantages in the industry. And even if no matter how hard the work is done, I will find those senior high school students who can do it, and the amount of manual work is very small. Afterwards, I decided to switch to a piece-rate wage system, so that anyone who came to work at any time would be able to get started and the wages would be simple.
