目的:探讨宫底按摩联合缩宫素宫颈注射治疗产后宫缩乏力性出血的疗效。方法:研究对象为2010年12月-2013年12月在我院住院分娩的62名孕妇,根据电脑抽号法随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组给予缩宫素宫颈注射治疗,观察组给予宫底按摩联合缩宫素宫颈注射治疗,比较分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组孕妇产后2h、12h、24h出血量均显著少于对照组(t=-12.685、-11.227、-11.715,P值均<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应,仅两组各有一例患儿出现轻度恶心呕吐现象,未经治疗自行缓解。结论:宫底按摩联合缩宫素宫颈注射治疗产后宫缩乏力性出血,安全可靠,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of uterine massage combined with oxytocin cervical injection in treating postpartum uterine inert bleeding. Methods: The subjects were 62 pregnant women who were hospitalized and delivered in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2013. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the computer drawing method. The control group was treated with oxytocin cervical injection. The observation group Palace massage combined with oxytocin cervical injection treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of treatment. Results: The amount of bleeding in observation group was significantly less than that in control group at 2h, 12h and 24h after birth (t = -12.685, -11.227, -11.715, P <0.05). No adverse reactions were observed in both groups, One case of each child with mild nausea and vomiting, untreated spontaneously relieved. Conclusion: Cervical massage combined with oxytocin cervical injection treatment of postpartum uterine inertia bleeding, safe and reliable, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
