To sum up the construction and use experience of concrete pipes in thermal power projects in the past ten years, and continuously improve the technology of pipe making and construction, so as to further promote the application of pre-stressed concrete coagulation pipes to the project. The Ministry of Power Construction of China Electric Power Enterprise Co., Ltd. The Power Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Energy jointly held a “on-site prestressed reinforced concrete pipe conference” at the Harbin Power Plant in September this year. Some of the large-scale regional electric power management bureaus, provincial electric power bureaus, electric power design institutes, power plant preparation offices, scientific research and pipeline facilities participated in the conference.
