淋病是我国目前发病率最高的性传播疾病(STD),快速和准确的实验室检查对诊断本病必不可少。我们对135例临床标本用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、涂片和厌气培养法检查淋球菌,并加以比较,现报告如下。
