板书作为组织教学中的一个环节,是教师上好课的必要条件。如果不重视这一教学环节,无疑将影响教学效果。 成人由于工作、生活等诸多因素的影响,机械识记能力有所下降,但它们具有较强的比较能力和综合分析能力,乐于将前后知识在整体比较和系统分析中去记忆和掌握。也就是说,成人习惯于理解地记忆问题,而简明清晰、重点突出的板书就有助于他们理解问题,从而帮助他们辨认和记忆知识。据心理学实验表明,人们从听觉获得的知识一般只能记住15%,从视觉获得的知识一般却能记住25%,听视结合起来可达到60%,而不是40%。若教师在授课时能将直观形象,鲜明生动的语言与安排适中的板书结合起来,就能获得较好的教学效果。但我们有些教师上课时,只念讲稿,不顾板书,一次课下来,要求学生掌握的知识很多,可黑板上却只有几个阿拉伯数字。试想一下,人脑的信息存贮量远不如电脑,当我们向电脑输入变量时,若变量较多还得想想办法,比如
