采用颅内接种白血病细胞造成L_(7212)小鼠脑膜白血病模型,对用药组及对照组脑膜白血病细胞浸润程度进行了病理观察,发现用药各组浸润的程度均较对照组轻,尤以安宫牛黄丸组及清开灵组差异显著,提示该药可试用于临床脑膜白血病的防治。
L_(7212) mouse model of meningeal leukemia was induced by intracranial inoculation of leukemia cells. The degree of infiltration of meningeal leukemia cells in the drug and control groups was examined by pathology. It was found that the degree of infiltration in each group was lighter than that in the control group, especially in Angong. There were significant differences between the Niuhuang Pill group and the Qing Kai Ling group, suggesting that the drug could be used for the prevention and treatment of clinical meningeal leukemia.
