近年来,伴随着我国农业农村信息化进程的快速推进,互联网上产生了大量涉农信息。基于网络平台的参与性与互动性,一部分信息因为网络媒体和网民等主体的关注、评论而衍化为涉农网络舆情。涉农网络舆情的发展十分迅猛,在农产品质量安全、农村环境、农民权益等方面,热点舆情不断喷涌,引发社会公众的聚焦。必须对农业农村信息化进程中的涉农网络舆情予以高度重视,摸清其发生发展规律,完善舆情监测,及时应对处置。
In recent years, along with the rapid progress of the informationization of agriculture and rural areas in our country, a great deal of agricultural information has been produced on the Internet. Based on the participation and interaction of the online platform, some of the information has been evolved into the public opinion of the agriculture-related network due to the concern and comment of the main body such as online media and Internet users. The development of public opinion about agriculture-related networks is very rapid. Public opinion has been spewing up in the areas of quality and safety of agricultural products, rural environment and peasants’ rights and interests, which has caused the public’s attention. We must attach great importance to the public opinion on agriculture-related networks in the process of agricultural and rural informatization, find out the law of its occurrence and development, improve public opinion monitoring, and deal with it in a timely manner.
