依据农田土壤养分含量分布图,设置有GPS接收机的“受控应用”的播种器,在GPS的控制下,能够精确地给田地的各点播种,施肥种类和数量由计算机根据养分含量分布图控制。针对当前农业生产中的播种机多使用不同的齿轮或排种器进行有级调速,调整播量、株距比较困难和地轮打滑严重影响播种质量等情况,以W77E58单片机为核心,利用二相混合式步进电动机细分驱动技术,设计开发了基于单片机的GPS精密播种控制系统。该系统在播种时电动机分辨率高、运转平稳性好,能够显著改善系统的运行性能。
