充分认识肺干细胞的生物学特性、发现肺干细胞的特异性标记以及进一步了解干细胞分化过程中的基因调控等 ,将为某些肺部疾病的治疗提供新的策略和理论基础。本文综述了基底细胞、Clara细胞、肺泡上皮细胞的生物学特性以及存在多能干细胞的可能性 ,在气管、支气管上皮和肺泡上皮中肺干细胞可能存在的“壁龛”结构以及研究肺干细胞生物学特性的方法。
Fully understanding the biological characteristics of lung stem cells, finding specific markers of lung stem cells and further understanding the gene regulation in the process of stem cell differentiation will provide new strategies and theoretical bases for the treatment of certain lung diseases.
