江泽民总书记“三个代表”的重要思想,是我们党立党之本、执政之基、力量之源,也是财政工作面向新世纪、实现新目标、赢得新发展的强大思想武器。我们财政系统的广大干部职工一定要深入学习江总书记“七一”重要讲话,深入理饵“三个代表”的深刻内涵,紧密结合财政工作的实际,努力实践“三个代表”的思想。一、实践“三个代表”的重要思想,必须把促进和发展社会生产力作为财政工作始终坚持和遵循的方针,充分发挥财政调控经济的职能作用,努力促进经济的跨越式发展。
