对(HgCd)Te探测器峰值响应波长的Franz-Keldysh偏移进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,在强电场中,(HyCd)Te具有很强的Franz-Keldysh效应,因而可能导致光吸收峰值波长向长波长方向的明显偏移。
The Franz-Keldysh shift of the (HgCd) Te detector peak response wavelength was experimentally studied. The experimental results show that (HyCd) Te has a strong Franz-Keldysh effect in a strong electric field, which may lead to a significant shift of the peak wavelength of light absorption to longer wavelength.
